Can't set up secure folder 📂

I've tried setting up secure folder a number of times and keep getting the same error of if this keeps happening please contact customer service and I have but they can't fix itand I've tried many things like clearing data and permissions and just so you know I am not rooted. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hey there

What device are you using?

You should have a Samsung app for Secure Folder, click on it, set a good password and you should be good to go.

I have an s21 fe 5g but when I set it up it just crashes and tells me to contact customer support and I have but they can't fix it👍🏼

I have the same device and issue, I tried contacting customer support but they don't have any solutions either

If Samsung doesn't do anything about this issue then I'm just going to switch to a pixel instead. I'm not wasting my time when they can't be bothered to address an issue that large percentage of Samsung users suffer
