The device restarts itself constantly and gets stuck during the boot process, preventing me from accessing the home screen or using any features. This issue has occurred multiple times, significantly affecting the phone’s usability.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**Customer Support Concern:**&lt;BR /&gt;I have reached out to Samsung regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you still have the S22U, can you force it to reboot by pressing power and volume down buttons at the same time? Sometimes that fixes it by telling your S22U to "knock it off".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
