Optimising Apps

I've got a Galaxy A14 that received the UI update over a week ago. A couple of times sinc (including today) the phone starts optimising apps. I thought that was done after UI was installed, so can anyone tell me if it's normal for them to be optimised like this after UI has finished installing?

@Strat621: In Settings > Device care > Auto optimisation, it mentions that 'Device care automatically performs optimisations to keep your phone running smoothly. This includes closing background apps and cleaning memory."

You are right in that app optimisation typically occurs when you restart your phone, however this feature appears to be in place for when you phone has not been restarted for an extended period.
