Hi my smart things is crashing everything I open the app I do not know what wrong with the app it does not need updating

Go into settings > Apps > Smarthings > Storage. Clear the apps cache at the bottom and restart the device.

Hey there

If, after following the super advice from @Fiona26 it still doesn't want to play, then uninstall then reinstall and see if that fixes the issue.

You may not have the correct and up to date version for your new device if you used Smart things to set up a new device.
