      <title>Samsung Note retrieval via Samsung Cloud</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to retrieve my notes on Samsung Cloud, but when try to get them through account settings on my phone it says: "there is no backup". But the notes (199 of them) exist on Samsung Cloud. I attached the picture showing that they exist. &lt;P&gt;Alternatively, select 'Import notes' &amp;gt; S notes &amp;gt; Samsung account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had tried syncing before, and when I tried importing it says no S Notes data on Samsung Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I only have only 60 notes on device on my app so 199 pieces of notes must be different.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually these are really old notes I thought were lost, but if they don't exist why does it show on my account as 199 notes or categories?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't see it on this page but it says at my email that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Easty (Big Cheese) posted: "There is a setting for old notes."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I toggle/activate this setting? The notes are indeed old (five years if memory serves), so this might be the culprit. I will feel very lucky if I can retrieve these, which I assumed were lost until now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
