    <description>I dont quite remember what happened or what I did but have you tried clearing the app data too? I think after everything it eventually just worked again. So if not that just try again in a good while. It's been fine since whatever fixed it</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;More so since the OneUI 6.1 update, the Galaxy Store continuously refuses to work properly. I continuously receive the error that something went wrong trying to connect to the it (the Galaxy Store). On the off chance it works. The issue soon returns. Currently it comes up every time i try to update (assuming i can get the app open, as the error repeats there too)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone else facing issues? Any tips or ways to fix this? It's rather inconvenient.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>The Galaxy S23 Ultra (SM-S918BB/DS)&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried both connections. I mostly have used the store on WiFi.&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried clearing cache and data but not restarting, if it makes a difference, ill give it a shot too.&lt;BR /&gt;The store is at the latest version.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No luck here either, Samsung Tab S7FE tablet, all I get is blank icons, not connecting although all other app do. Cleared cache, forced stop, rebooted, reset modem to no avail. Can't update my apps, 24 pending!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ah well. That's a shame. Perhaps it'll start working again later down the line. I remember now that certain wifi connections sometimes stopped it from working. So if you haven't already try using mobile data or another wifi connection (and clearing cache as needed)</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got new phone today, I have the same problem, it is updated (4.5.66.4) so it isn´t solution for me. It blocks me from sim card managment which is pretty annoying. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's a tough situation, I kind of got by with luck. You say it blocks the management of your SIM? So maybe try getting into the store without a SIM. As I said to someone else, try other wifi or even data connection(s) alongside other common tactics like restarts or clearing app cache and/or data (this also helped in my case)</description>
