    <description>No mate definitely not just sign out of her Samsung account&lt;BR /&gt;I can't reset the phone not sure if she has her account backed up and saved&lt;BR /&gt;And she remembers none of her details passwords or her verification number or email&lt;BR /&gt;So I'm not happy</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi to all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please can someone help me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm using my daughter's phone and she's still signed into her Samsung account on this device. I can't reset the phone because of her photos and what ever else is on here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our files are getting mixed up somehow&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't know her password to sign her out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;She doesn't remember it and no longer has the old phone number for verification&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Its driving me all sorts is going wrong&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Storage full&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Her photos getting backed up to my Google account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My photos are getting saved to her Samsung cloud&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Settings&amp;gt;accounts and backups&amp;gt;manage accounts&amp;gt;scroll to her Samsung account ( email address). Tap on it. Tap remove account.</description>

      <description>To reset password you'll need to get 2-step verification code which, you're not going to get if the account is linked to an old number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For this aspect, the Samsung account holder will need to call Samsung Support and speak with the accounts team. There is a webform to do it online but that takes 2 weeks... not sure if accounts can do it quicker but worth a check.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once number is updated then can update password and sign out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your photos won't be backed up to her Samsung Cloud. Samsung Cloud doesn't back up photos/videos. These will be backed up to Google Photos or Microsoft One Drive.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Google Photos (if installed on phone.) Click on circle at top right and press the arrow (pointing down) next to the name/email and see what account the photos are being backed up to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
