    <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, forgive me.&amp;nbsp; I was using some out of date info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The A14 WAS on One UI 6.0 and it didn't work.&amp;nbsp; It's now on 6.1 and DOES.&amp;nbsp; I had tried on my own S24 Ultra and it didn't work (suspect it was on 6.0 at the time).&amp;nbsp; The A70 I cannot test again right now but suspect it won't work, unless a Samsung account update is the key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On this test A14, Samsung account version is 15.0.00.7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More testing to be done...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've experienced this same issue today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Child's account (UK) trying to sign-in to a UK handset but same error as reported by OP.&amp;nbsp; This is happening on an A70 and A14, both bought in the UK, setup as UK and both have UK SIM cards and services running.&amp;nbsp; Tried both on mobile network and wireless.&amp;nbsp; Checked child's account and it's UK for sure.&amp;nbsp; My own UK, non-child account logs-in fine on both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jonty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, same issue here too.&amp;nbsp; Just set up a child (UK) account and having similar problems with both an S20 handset and an S7 tablet.&amp;nbsp; When I sign into both devices using my own (UK) account it works just fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/67079798"&gt;@Jonny88&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, interesting... up until now it did seem as though the need for One UI 6.1 was a factor, but you mention you're daughter's phone is on 6.1 but still not working.&amp;nbsp; This could mean it's phone specific (or a combination of things) so wonder what phone model number your daughter has?&amp;nbsp; e.g. SM-Sxxx...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not wishing to digress but this whole thing is a pain and Samsung are doing NOTHING.&amp;nbsp; ALL my devices are 100% UK phones (i.e. NOT EU devices but will work in the UK, just UK for the UK).&amp;nbsp; Yet my daughter's A70 won't log-in to her account.&amp;nbsp; My S24 and a test A14 will, along with another daughter's A14.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung, your MODERATORs are expected to help here!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/624274"&gt;@AndrewL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I saw that you'd replied to the OP albeit at the start of the year (2024).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you or your brethren able to highlight this to the necessary Samsung folk?&amp;nbsp; The use of a correctly created kids account seems very flawed or rather hit and miss.&amp;nbsp; In summary, errors are being experienced when attempting to log-in, claiming the country of use is incorrect when it's not.&amp;nbsp; It had seemed the use of One UI 6.1 was a winner but this is not a cure for everyone, sadly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google's account setup for children is successful - and I use that feature for my daughters.&amp;nbsp; I want to do the same with their Samsung accounts but one of two won't work.&amp;nbsp; Why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, Jonty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As soon as you can after the issue occurs (within 15 minutes is best):&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Samsung Members&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Send feedback&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Error Reports&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; [select error type] &amp;gt; choose frequency of issue, and write an accurate and good description (and attach any screenshots/pictures/videos showing the issue if you want/are able to) &amp;gt; tick ‘&lt;STRONG&gt;Send system log data&lt;/STRONG&gt;’ &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Send&lt;/STRONG&gt; (the &lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; icon on the top right).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(Or, for a shortcut: &lt;STRONG&gt;Long-press&lt;/STRONG&gt; the &lt;STRONG&gt;Samsung Members icon&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the Apps screen, and select '&lt;STRONG&gt;Error reports&lt;/STRONG&gt;' from the dropdown menu, and follow the steps from there.)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That will send that report and log files for the Samsung developers to analyse.&lt;/P&gt;

However, nothing concrete. Waiting for the next firmware update...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regret, I myself can no longer replicate this issue.&amp;nbsp; One device (running One UI 6.1) eventually did sign-in (when One UI 6.0 would fail) and my other daughter's A70 (One UI 3.1) has seemingly suffered a terminal hardware failure in recent days, so I cannot test.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But with that in mind, whilst I'm grateful for a worthy response that was well overdue, the quantity of ask is excessive and inappropriate I feel.&amp;nbsp; But I do encourage others who are subscribed to this thread or simply viewing to indulge the developers as best they can.&amp;nbsp; I shall keep a very keen eye on this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jonty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
