Smart Switch problems

Hello,

I bought in Pais, the Galaxy S24 Ultra and i have problems with Smart Switch. First of all, when I launch it, after a while it lists my apps and crashes after about 30 minutes.
I called Samsung support but they couldn't help me. It should be noted that I had the same problem with my Galaxy S22 Ultra.
I hope someone has one or more solutions to fix this problem.

How are you trying to transfer the data. Personally I'd recommend using a cable rather than wireless
Also make sure the screens stay on with both phones

Thank you so much Glenntech for your quick response. Yes, i use a cable, between my smartphone and my PC.

I wanted to make a WiFi backup, but I didn't understand how to do this transfer..

J'aimerais bien mettre une image dans mon profile mai je n'ai pas de liens qui vont vers les dossiers de mon PC. Décidément ..🙄
