S21 ultra software update registration failed

I have been trying to update my Samsung S21 ultra to android 14 for a few months now but it always gives the same message "registration failed" each time.

I have tried restarting the phone, reconnecting the internet and have connected my phone to PC to update through smart switch.

But nothing seems to work. Kindly help me.

Hi - do you see the registration failed message only when you try and update the phone or at other times too? Have you tried clearing the system cache partition?

Only when I click look for update. And I have wiped partition cache. Still didn't work.

That's odd, not sure what else to suggest but have you tried clearing the update cache? Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Storage > Clear Cache
