      <description>Thanks for the reply. Kinda relieved it's not just me then, respectfully of course. Yeah I only use it to backup my settings so plenty of storage space, phone has just been charged and I'm fully covered as in connection wise</description>

      <description>It's happening with my S22ultra too, have plenty storage available and a full battery so I don't think that will cause it to have problems.</description>

      <description>The same thing happens to me. It started about three hours ago. The Cloud app has stopped working and won't launch. An error pops up: “Something went wrong, please try again later.”&lt;BR /&gt;Please explain the reason for this application failure. And is there any hope that the Cloud application will be restored?&lt;BR /&gt;Because I'm worried that maybe this is due to the outdated model of my device, which runs on Android 12 and has not received the software update.</description>
