S21 rejecting non Samsung devices

Hi all

I'm at my whits end and am hoping someone can help me. I used to be able to connect my drone via usb through the dji app using the dji cable. It now rejects the device saying there's water/debris in the port. I've cleaned port, cleared cache and tried via a Samsung cable. Still the same. The problem is, my phone charges using the same cable it just seems to reject non Samsung devices now? Hope someone can help me...

@Klingus: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on USBSettings > Storage > Clear cache. For further guidance, please take a look at the steps in the link below.

Thanks for the response Andrew, but I've cleared the cache multiple times and still cannot get it to work like it used to.
