BixbyPDSS file inside log folder in internel storage

Has anybody else started getting an auto generated log folder in their internel storage?

The folder contains a log file inside a folder called BixbyPDSS. I can open this file if I change the extension to txt.

I checked my Bixby settings and all personalisation settings are off. Voiceprint is also off
