Why have these been changed? Awful now.. All seem dull and muted... Surely there must be a way to get the old ones back.

Hi! you can use something called zfont to change emojis but itll most likely change your phones whole font..

That's your opinion. In my opinion, they looks more modern and they are cooler now.

PLEASE can we go back to the previous emojis they weren't bad at all these new ones just look like something you'd find one one of those cheap androids

I do agree some of the new emojis don't look as refined / sharp.

Just updated my software to 6.0 and can say that I am not liking the new emoji icons! Anyone else think the same?? Samsung please revert the emojis back to the old style!

The emojis? It is a bit like marmite really. Some folk like them, some don't.

Hi guys,

Just a post to make a general point that sharing your thoughts or suggestions on here is best done via the public Community rather than by Private Message to mods – especially for something like the aesthetics of the OS and emojis, where individual tastes may differ. (Like with marmite...)

Our colleagues from the wider business at Samsung do read stuff on this place. And for any suggestions/feedback (whether they just come across them, or if they’re pitched to them by us mods) they’ll always look at how many users are in favour of it as a factor in their considerations of implementing something or not. PM’ing individual mods with that stuff kinda undermines that entire aspect and the power that a community can have. 😉

(Feedback on Samsung smartphones and tablets can also be sent via the Members app Support > Send feedback feature.)

I AGREE SO MUCH!!!! I hate the new emojis they look like facebook emojis, I miss the old ones and I've only had the new update for a day. (I cried real tears when my phone came back on after updating)
