I've been sent a zip file by Giffgaff but my phone doesn't seem to want to open it. I have an S21 ultra. Please can someone help?

Once you've downloaded the zip file go into the my files app the go to downloads and click on the zip file it should ask you whether you want to extract the files. Click extract then you should be able to open the files.
