Thanks for the reply.

I have tried both these suggestions but it is still blurry when using the rear camera for photographs.

It is only blurry when taking a photo. The video option focuses fine. It also works when I tap the three tree icon but not when I want to focus on something with the two tree icons. This means I am unable to use it for the main thing I want to - taking photos of my family.

The rear camera on my phone is very blurry. The front camera is fine and the rear camera works when set to video. I have tried clearing the cache, resetting the apps, installing updates and changing the settings. Nothing has worked. Can you advise how I can sort this at all? Thank you

Hi @Stacey106

Is the software on your phone up to date? Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Also, let's try a soft reset on the phone. This will end all processes and give the phone a fresh start. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys at the same time until the phone switches off and back on again.

Let us know how you get on!
