Why am I getting....

"USE PASSWORD AFTER RESTART "

every time I try to access my Secure Folder??

I've cleared cache, data, force stopped app, all of it. I restarted the phone. Called Samsung. Nothing works.

Samsung said I need to restore settings. Nope, not doing that!

There is no error message, nothing!

I also have exactly same problem bro have tried the same with cache data and force stop. I also have restarted the phone i definetly remember the pin but the ***** app doesnt open i didn't setup a recovery option cause i would remember the pass but dont know what to do now
