Can't open Samsung note locked to different account

Hi,

I recently bought a new phone and set it up while I was on holiday. I realised when I got back that this locks the region to the country you set it up in. I hadn't really done much on the phone yet so I deleted my Samsung account and created a new one. I just realised today that some notes I made with important information can't be opened anymore as they are linked to that account! Is there anything that can be done about this?

If you have a Windows PC, install Samsung Notes for Windows and login.

Or you can do this: Sync your Samsung phone (everything) with Samsung cloud. Doing so will save the locked notes as well. Now, delete the app data of Samsung notes or simply uninstall it. Next, reinstall and restore everything. Hope this will work for you.

Do NOT do it, I did this and it deleted my locked notes. Now I have lost them for good

I'm in same boat, new phone, cleaning out old, deleted that samsung account, now notes that were locked, I can't get into on new phone. I created new samsung account.

Similar issue, factory reset my phone but samsung have told me that unless I can remember my very first samsung password then my notes cannot be unlocked, even though all my data was backed up correctly

tengo mismo problema, elimine por error la cuenta gmail a la cual tenia vinculada el bloqueo de mi nota y no la recuerdo, me sale "No es posible arir una cuenta bloqueda por otra cuenta" ayuda por favorrrr... me urge recuperar el contenido

Not if its already been deleted. You would probably need access to the original account or at least have the account active

I finally fixed it with mine. I had to sign out of my notes app delete the data, signed out of my samung device, restart my phone, sign back in to my account on the device and in my notes app and they all came back unlocked
