Secure folder

My secure folder on my phone S23 Ultra is not working. It just keeps saying use pin after restart.

I have restarted my phone numous times and open secure folder again after restart and still saying use pin after restart.

I have cleared cache, storage, data, ect and not fixed it

Only happened since OUI 6 update and November security update. l am in UK

It just means that if you've restarted your phone you have to enter the pin instead of using your fingerprint, it doesn't mean you have to restart your phone and try again. 😉

Is it possible for you to send me a picture of the screen you're getting, I know you can't take screenshots on that page but could you use another device to take the picture so I can help you better?

I'm having the same problem it does give me an option to put pass code in just dots for my code that way but when I do it constantly says try putting pin code after 30 seconds but there's no other option!

Has anyone fixed this yet? I enter my pin and nothing happens. No other message but USE PIN AFTER RESTART

It's been long time since I fixed it. I either did clear cache partition or I had to do full factory reset.

Thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't provide the option to reset the password, it's not grayed out and doesn't lock automatically.

Hello brother only thing I was able to do was just erased the data of the secure folder then it will reset and all data will be lost I didn't find a way to recover the data I gave up.
