'Add to Samsung Wallet' from Odeon website not working

In the UK, the only partner which appears in Wallet > Menu > Event Tickets > Add > Add from a partner > ODEON Cinemas

but it fails to add any tickets at any time. I tap the link above, it opens my browser (Edge) and I sign in and it shows no bookings. If I go to the email from Odeon, I click on 'View ticket online' and it opens the browser, shows a page with 'Add to Samsung Wallet' and 'Add to Google Wallet' and neither of them work, it waits a bit then says it can't access my order.

The myODEON app works fine, and obviously I can scan the email. It's just a poor experience if the Samsung Wallet app is touting this partnership and it doesn't even work.

Phone: S20 FE with all patches up to date, not rooted.

Not exactly your issue, but I added screenshot of my Ryan Air flight to Samsung Wallet, it worked but items nowhere to be seen, later I found them under expired items

Tried it, it failed to read the QR code somehow. A pity!
