I ended up deleting the entire thread of our conversations, had her resed the voicemails and now all of a sudden it is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; Thanks for the reply!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Messenger not playing voice notes after security update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just had a security update done on my Samsung22 last night and now my messenger app will not play voice notes. I can record a message but that too will no play. I have forced stopped, emptied the cache and data, restarted my phone 5x and finally uninstalled/reinstalled the app.&amp;nbsp; I made sure the microphone is on for both phone and messenger app. I am at a loss of what else to do. I Googled and read everything advised and nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp; Annoyed! Any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;UGH now it isnt except, get this,&amp;nbsp; if I am on the phone with someone and try to play it it works! If I get off the phone call, it stops working. Isn't that weird?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
