Samsung Smart Switch Update Error

When opening Samsung Smart Switch in Windows 7 PC, it asks for updating eve if I downloaded the last version from the official Samsung site.

The download of the update works correctly but the installation is interrupted without any notification.

When opening again, it asks again for updating.

Is there any way to download the update version or solve this problem?

Have you tried uninstalling Smart Switch and then re-installing?

I did twice.

After installation the software opens correctly but it requires update.

Apparently the dowload of the update also works correctly but when installing the update the software closes before finishing.

When opening again the software it requires update again and again.

Is there any other way to download directly the updated version of Samsung Smart Switch?

Hi,

I have the same problem. When I start Smart Switch it automatically starts updating, i.e. download the update and then nothing happens. When I restart the programm, it starts updating again.

Uninstalling and installing the latest version did end in the same behvaiour. Can you please help?
