Update my personal details

I've just got a new S20 and I'm trying to enter competitions etc on the Samsung Members page but I can't work out how to update my personal details. Help!! Lol

Hi @scooshboy68 , If you click the Options Menu - the 3 dots on the right hand side of the Samsung Members page:

Go to Settings -click Samsung Account, underneath your name and email first Heading is Personal Information. Click on that and edit any desired details.

You can add work address and even contact samsung but when you apply for the competitions your old address and number still comes up for some reason. Samsung have no idea how to fix it. Waiting ages now 😞
