Hi there. I have just swapped my samsung 23 phones and did not have time to get my samsung notes from the old phone. Do anyone know how I can do this. I've tried back ups and restore but still nothing. Thanks

Have you already factory reset your old phone if so then I think there isn't much you can do.

Hi there, Yes I did a factory reset on the old phone and deleted the app.

Back and restore wont help, but if you had sync turned on on your old phone, then the notes can be synced back on your new phone.

Yes it was but for some reason I can't get anything back.

Did you press the import notes button in the notes app?
