@CoolMcCoolson: This appears to be a demonstration of the Colour Palette feature in Settings > Wallpaper and style, which adjusts the colours palette of your menus and app icons based on your current wallpaper. I haven't been able to located the specific wallpaper featured above, as this seems to be a stock image , however I recommend heading to Settings > Themes > Wallpapers, and exploring the 'Pastel' section, where you will hopefully find a suitable alternative.

Get the app WalP. It has all the stock wallpapers from all manufacturers. You'll find it there or at least something very similar.
