This is the first time Ive noticed this and the app has a huge amount of access that I definitely did not give permissions for. There isn't an uninstall option only a Force Stop with the usual warnings. I don't recall seeing it before and Im wondering where the installation came from, whether its Samsung app? I dont think I have a need for this and the access permissions really annoyed me.
