discussione A10 Bluetooth connection in Mobile Apps & Services

Hello!

I have just taken delivery of an Audar E1 Smartwatch.

It connects via Bluetooth or it's supposed to.

I turned the A10 to Bluetooth connections and it said "No Devices Found".

So I rescan and eventually it finds the watch and connects.

Then later when I opened the Audar App I'm told the watch was not paired, so I tried to connect and again "No Devices Found". After several more attempts, it finds the watch and connects.

We have two of these watches and my other half has a Motorola G31, this connects first time.

I have tried his watch with my A10 and it's exactly the same "No Devices Found".

In fact if I do a scan on the Motorola G31 it finds a great long list of devices, some probably from the neighbours, my 10 will find three if I'm lucky one will be the watch. Is there a Bluetooth update available for the A10 or do I have to get another phone?
