Blocked by phone fix?

My gp has been calling and every single time it automatically go to the answer machine for them due to the call being blocked by my phone automatically despite having the number saved.

Is there any way I can fix this. (I saw online that a possible way is to allow all spam and scam calls but I feel like this might cause havoc with scam callers)

Please if anyone has a solution it would be very greatly appreciated as it's quite important I get these calls.

Hi,
Try clicking on messages
Then click on your profile photo
Click on spam and blocked
Click on the number
You wish not to be blocked as spam
Then click - Not Spam
And it should unblock
The number

I don't have the number blocked at all but it still has the issue

I have the same issue, it says "blocked call blocked by phone"
