I can use remote control from phone to TV but it won't let me mirror screen to TV won't pair

Sign in to Smart things on both your phone and your TV, then register your TV as a device on your phone. When you click on your TV in devices/Smart things on your phone it will give you all the options to cast to TV or cast to phone and more.

I've already tried everything .
I can use my phone as a remote control but that's all.
Both my phone and TV are connected to the same WiFi, turned tv on and off and phone, I can connect phone to laptop.

Do you have Smart View in the swipe down menu?

Does your TV display a pairing message when you attempt to use Smart View?

No, doesn't show ...and I don't know how open to Bluetooth ..just shows Bluetooth keyboard.
