I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and I have noticed in my drop-down menu where the buttons are I have a button for create note but this will not open and when I press on create note it just says allow to appear on Top and then I can't read the rest and I can't find it in the apps to change the settings does anyone know how I can do this please

Hi @Bev54 , Try Settings > Apps > 3 dots on the top right > Special access > Appear on top > [scroll down] Samsung Notes, and toggle the switch to on.
