Smart things impossible to connect

Hello,

I have a washing machine that i would like to connect to smart things.

So I set up a Samsung account, it works fine.

I installed the app on my android phone, it launches, asks me to connect, i click on connect, it sends me to the browser and I have to click on confirm that smart things can access my Samsung account and it gets stuck there.

So I'm stuck in a loop and i can't connect my washing machine to smart things.

I've uninstalled smart things from the phone and reinstalled again and it did nothing.

What can I try ?

@jchuillier: Please can you confirm the full model number of your washing machine, located on the sticker on the inside of the door or drum? Typically there should be Smart Control button on your machine, which you need to press and hold as part of the connection process.
