Depends. If you used the same Account on both I guess.

If it's different emails then it should be fine.

@BCTVProductions The Accounts are separate. Any particular reason why you want to Remove Google Account,or is it general privacy reasons? This may seem logical but you will lose access to Google services such as the Google Play store( Galaxy store is more limited) and Google Maps and will no longer be able to back up to Google Drive. The operating system will no longer receive security patches develops by Google and there may be an issue with some apps already installed such as Banking Apps.

No it won't as samsung isn't part of google you need to del both sadly
