      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey! Anyone else having a problem since the recent update with third party apps? I can't load weather or shopping apps unless I'm using 5g. I have to switch WiFi off. Samsung support are not very supportive &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey, I haven't experienced anything like that before, have you tried using a different WiFi network? ie: your friends or a public WiFi to load your apps? have you tried to reset your device?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a Soft Reset by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for around 10 seconds? If not, please give this a go as it will reboot your phone without deleting any personal data. This reboot tends to fix a lot of minor issues!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
