    <description>You have to factory reset your whole phone back to brand new. I had the same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;You have to get to To developer settings to factory reset back to new but Everything on your phone will be gone</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I have mistyped my screen pin for this phone and am locked out. I have tried various numbers which might be correct but get locked out each time I have to wait longer to make another attempt. I'm at 2 hours now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried various Internet ideas of using the up and down sound buttons with the power button but to no&amp;nbsp;avail. All take me back to the screen asking for my pin number. I cannot enter safe mode either.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas please.to resolve this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks. I realise that but I keep being sent back to the screen asking for my pin number. I cannot get to the factory reset screen.. I can get get safe mode at bottom left of my screen but nothing happens when I click on it.</description>
