Locked out Galaxy A52 5G

I have mistyped my screen pin for this phone and am locked out. I have tried various numbers which might be correct but get locked out each time I have to wait longer to make another attempt. I'm at 2 hours now.

I have tried various Internet ideas of using the up and down sound buttons with the power button but to no avail. All take me back to the screen asking for my pin number. I cannot enter safe mode either.

Any ideas please.to resolve this issue.

You have to factory reset your whole phone back to brand new. I had the same problem.
You have to get to To developer settings to factory reset back to new but Everything on your phone will be gone

Thanks. I realise that but I keep being sent back to the screen asking for my pin number. I cannot get to the factory reset screen.. I can get get safe mode at bottom left of my screen but nothing happens when I click on it.
