Hi i bought a galaxy s10 and have just realised that i don't have a vpn which i have seen on the internet that it is important to have one but i don't know how to go about it. It says to contact an administrator, please can someone help me with this x

vpns aren't necessarily needed unless your going to use your phone for mobile banking or work on a public network. not sure why it says contact an administrator, did you buy from a 3rd party? (instead of samsung.com or amazon.com etc)

I bought from music Magpie refused, i do not download alot of apps but I do have mobile banking, I am not very good with technical problems, I am concerned

There are quite a few apps around and you have to have a subscription to use them..To me I don't feel it's necessary as most banking have there own security policy in there systems.

@Bev54: There are a large range of VPN providers. Most charge a monthly fee with the price increasing or decreasing depending on the type of service they offer. You can search for VPN providers in the Google Play Store. You can either access the VPN via your VPN provider's app, or by entering their VPN settings directly onto your device via Settings > Connections > More connection settings > VPN > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Add VPN profile > Fill in the required fields > Save.
