Gallary app problem

Hello.

some maybe over a week my gallary photo app is changing the collor after i open it. all colors shift to like gray. https://youtube.com/shorts/UWyPXHMPwEY?feature=share

in the video it will be more clear what iam experiencing while using the app. iam not sure if it a bug or something in the setting i tried to find out what might be the problem but iam not able.

any help

@Members_SQ49oLK Good afternoon, go to Safe Mode and check if the problem persists. If you do not experience this problem in Safe Mode, it is possible that a third-party app is interfering with the correct operation.

thank you for your reply. i did try the safe mode it took little longer for the colors to change again. so it even happen in the safe mode.

@Members_SQ49oLK: Do you have a green button in the bottom right of the screen, with a stick figure inset? It seems as though this might be an accessibility issue, although I'm not too sure why it would only occur in your Gallery app. To double check, please head to Settings > Accessibility > Visibility enhancements > Colour correction > Off > Colour inversion > Off.

I also recommend heading to Settings > Modes and routines > Routines, and check to see if a routine is set up to add accessibility settings when you launch the Gallery app. If you're not on Android 13, head to Settings > Advanced features > Bixby Routines, and explore your options from here.

Hello

I have found out that the problem was from the settings in the modes and routines. somehoe the gallary app was selected to dim the color for some reason. i have deleted the settings. then the problem stopped.

I didnt though i will be able to fix thr problem. i believe the problem happend before of some accidental touches while the phone was in my pocket. and i was not aware that it might be the new features (modes and routines).

I have exactly the same problem. Gallery goes greysscale. I can't see any routines set. How did you fix yours?

@ClioBel: Is this only occurring in the Gallery app? If you head to Settings > Accessibility > Vision enhancements, are 'Colour correction' and 'Colour correction shortcut' toggled off?
