Make sure that you have the Master sync turned on: Swipe down from the top of the screen &gt; Toggle on Master Sync icon. Then go to: Email app &gt; 3 Orange lines (top left) &gt; Gear icon &gt; Select account &gt; Sync schedule &gt; Set sync schedule &gt; Auto.
