Not receiving Facebook notifications

Hi my phone is not alerting me when I receive notifications or messages from Facebook, any one else come across this and is there any fix.

@Azza94: Please head to Settings > Apps > Facebook > Notifications > Device-level Notifications > Alert (On) > Show As Pop-up (On) > Sound (Choose your preferred option) > Vibrate (On) > App Icon badges (On). Let me know if this helps.

The problem is back again with FB. Tried to follow the Moderator suggests, it didn't work. Apparently, others seem to have the same issue. Please advise, thanks.
