I am having trouble with sorting things out ie: checking sign in stuff. I used to to be able to use fingerprint, but now it's asking for a pin. I don't remember setting one up, could someone help sort this out please?

When asking for the PIN, are you getting an error message telling you an incorrect PIN has been entered? Are you able to send us a screenshot?
