Samsung Notes opens automatically

The device is a Samsung S22 Ultra and Android 13. The launcher is One UI Home - 14.1.03.47

When coming out of sleep the device will sometimes, more often than not, open Samsung Notes. How do I stop this happening?

Are you removing the s pen when this happens. If you go into settings > Advanced features > s pen. Toggle off screen off memos.

Mine has been doing this too except I have an S21 Ultra so I don't have an S pen or anything to cause this. It just started doing it a couple updates ago. I just want to make it stop. I've used the notes app for many years so I don't want to delete it. Any suggestions?
