    <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes the power saving mode activates at 10%.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Both my laptop and phone have sync turned on, and are up to date.  I think it'd just under developed piece of kit.   Slightly disappointing</description>

      <description>I use a S23 Ultra and a Galaxy book 2 Pro, but my Samsung Notes App does not sync automatically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It works great on my phone but on the laptop is it awful,&amp;nbsp;even though it is sync with my Samsung cloud account, my notes don't show, I have to press the sync now button in the laptop app and wait ages for it to sync.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I moved across from apple and apple notes for this, now it feels like I have wasted my time and money&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Further to what&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132694"&gt;@ChrisM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has asked, have you got the Maximum power saving mode activated on your Book2 Pro? Doing this would mean that the notes would not sync as expected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check when or whether the Battery saver activates, please open Settings &amp;gt; Power &amp;amp; battery &amp;gt; Battery saver (this can be toggled to be on Always, Never, or to activate when your Book2 battery level reaches 10%, 20% and so forth).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You mentioned that the Data are synced. Just to ensure that this setting is active on your laptop as well as your S23 Ultra, please open Samsung Notes on your Book2 Pro &amp;gt; Sync with Samsung Cloud &amp;gt; Storage (toggle this On).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend ensuring that you are using the most up-to-date version of Samsung Notes by accessing the Microsoft Store and checking for an app update. If one is available, please download and install it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have S24 phone and tab S9 and same issue: notes are never syncing to cloud until I go to settings and press Sync Now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really disappointed in overall for Samsung quality. So many bugs everywhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just so I'm clear, do you have Sync with Samsung Cloud and Sync shared notes using toggled on via the Samsung Notes' settings on both your phone and tablet?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check this, please open the Samsung Notes app &amp;gt; Click the three-line icon on the top left &amp;gt; Click the gear icon &amp;gt; Check the aforementioned settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it is set ON in both. In fact it points to exactly the same setting as earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I must say that now when I have been toggling these on and off, it is currently syncing to cloud correctly. And the sync actually worked in the beginning when I had just got these devices. So, it might be that the software somehow "forgets" the setting after some time. It wouldn't be a surprise: the same thing happens with the security setting that is supposed to keep device unlocked at home, or any other safe place that you choose. It works only a few days and then you would have to do the security setting again after resetting cache and everything. So, like I said earlier, Samsung software has a lot of bugs. By the way, I have Samsung laptop (Ultra Book4) as well and just today I couldn't open Samsung settings at all. I had mic and camera blocked from Samsung settings and I was not able to turn them on because the settings were not opening, so I had to cancel Teams meeting. After searching help from web I found a way to get the settings app start again by running a repair and reset. Also I have got infamous blue screen in that laptop for two times already eventhough it is a few months old. I am really frustrated about Samsung quality.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
