Push notification

I have set up a push notification for some Twitter accounts I follow. I receive the notification but without sound and I have tried to get a sound but with no luck.

I use an A12

Any ideas?

Have you checked under app notifications that Twitter isn't setting to silent notifications

Ok, the next thing to check is to open Twitter and check the Twitter settings for mute notifications to see if it has been muted there.

No that is the settings for the notifications under settings >app notifications>notifications. You need to open the app that shows the Twitter feed and find the settings within the app to check mute notifications

You could also try resetting the app by signing out and then clearing the storage and cache and then re doing the notification settings again after signing in again
