&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;you could try uninstalling and downloading again.&amp;nbsp; However&amp;nbsp; if still issues in the event of 2 step verification being enabled&amp;nbsp; you may need to create an app specific password in the email app. If the IMAC protocol was disabled log into a web browser to enable this function. Otherwise would need to contact the email provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Maybe their servers are down. How long have you had the issue for? You said any device, but what about a pc/laptop?</description>

      <description>Hello &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49724722"&gt;@emmas1985&lt;/a&gt;, my Hotmail account is working fine, latest email received just before sending this.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you:-&lt;BR /&gt;1. Get a friend/family member to test from your device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Check on someone else's device, temporarily, if your account works.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Check that your account has not been frozen.&lt;BR /&gt;One of them will usually point you in the next direction to follow.</description>
