      <title>Samsung Capture stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I am trying to take screenshot or screen record, it is asking for permission of Files. I have already given all the available permissions in settings but still it is asking for permission.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is the issue persistent, or does it only occur when you attempt to take a screenshot or screen recording within a certain app? If, for instance, you take a screenshot of your Home screen, does the same permissions notification occur?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I followed the steps. Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; My Files &amp;gt; Permissions &amp;gt; Allowed. And under allowed I have only&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Music and audio&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Notifications&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Photos and videos&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I didn't get any option like&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Allow management of all files.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
