I have an Samsung 6 mobile and have always managed to pair and connect to my Laptop to send photos from phone to laptop via Bluetooth. Tried recently and just get a message "Can't use Bluetooth device for this call" I have unpaired and re-paired. They both say they are paired and connected. I have turned Bluetooth off and left and then put it on again. No joy at all. It has always been so easy. Has anyone any bright ideas please??
