    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23721044"&gt;@happygolucky1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;you could try uninstalling and downloading again.&amp;nbsp; However there have been reports of issues with&amp;nbsp; outlook/Hotmail accounts. so if still issues in the event of 2 step verification being enabled&amp;nbsp; you may need to create an app specific password in the email app. If the IMAC protocol was disabled log into a web browser to enable this function. Otherwise would need to contact the email provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I can receive emails but I cannot send them from my Samsung s21 ultra,&amp;nbsp;it only has just started recently and I have never had this problem before,&amp;nbsp;it works fine on my laptop though,&amp;nbsp;anybody got any ideas?????&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
