Since updating the samsung email app it no longer works any help much appreciated

Just so I have a better idea about what is happening and how to resolve it, please can you elaborate on what is happening on the app now (e.g. the way in which it is not working as expected)?

Thank you for the reply, i have now sorted it i had to update my password and now it is working, something to do with the recent update, thank you
