Samsjng Members app misses on these options since the OneUI 1 update.

1. Option to see your own asked questions

2. Option to directly reply to the answer from and agent without creating a new " reply" report.

@Adi0: Regarding the removal of the 'Ask Again' button, please be assured that any questions you send through when you create a new reply will be archived with the previous ones, allowing us to keep track of the conversation. Apologies for any inconvenience this might cause you.

I don't quite understand how that works. It was simpler to '' Ask Again ''.
