    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new samsung 65" tv. I installed smartthings to configure it and I created a samsung account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I press login in smartthings nothing happens, the application becomes unresponsive for some time and no login form appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tv is Crystal UHD U8500 65", I cant find it in associated products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smartthings app is not in associated products too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/45153392"&gt;@Jbiosca78&lt;/a&gt;: Do you have access to a Samsung mobile device and, if so, have you tried registering the TV via the mobile app to see if this helps? On the TV itself, if you press the Home button on your remote and select SmartThings, does the app open to a menu with a Device List at the bottom. If you created a Samsung account at the setup stage, then you should remain logged in, but if the issue persists then please try heading to Home &amp;gt; Apps (4 circles) &amp;gt; Tap the cog in the top right &amp;gt; Scroll to SmartThings &amp;gt; Reinstall, then run through the setup once again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
