Can I recover an accidental delete?

So I wrote a rhyme in memory of my partner who died. I was just finishing the ending, but must have nodded off for a brief moment and accidently deleted the whole lot. I immediately checked the recycle bin but it was empty. Is there any way I can get it back? And how? I used Samsung notes to type it out.

If anyone could please help, it would be much appreciated.

Did you have them backed up at Google photis or one drive or anything other one?

I also appreciate that the rhyme you wrote to honour your partner is of tremendous sentimental value. Do any of the suggestions from the post below (from the Samsung Canada Community) help you retrieve this?:
